Clear terms governing bookings, vehicles, hotel stays, and temple conduct.
1. Booking & Advance Payment
A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm hotel blocks, private AC vehicles, and dedicated guides. The remaining 70% balance is payable upon your arrival in Vrindavan.
2. Chauffeur & Vehicle Operations
All vehicles (Dzire, Ertiga, Innova, Tempo Traveller) operate with strict adherence to Yamuna Expressway and local Braj traffic regulations. Chauffeurs are on duty up to 10:00 PM for city sightseeing.
3. Shrines & Temple Protocol
Temple opening hours, crowd regulations, and security checkpoints at Shri Krishna Janmasthan and Bankey Bihari are governed by independent temple trusts and local administration. Our guides assist to the maximum legal extent.
